From getting clarity, to implementing evidence-based tools, you will have a plan that is actionable, and personalized to you.
Dr. Megan-Marie works with those of any age or health experience seeking to feel better in their bodies and/or mind. She gets at the root of your needs and helps you overcome them through top-down approaches like neuro-regulation, as well as through bottom-up approaches like what kind of exercise prescription is best for your body. She breaks stigmas of what society deems as healthy and teaches you what's best for you.
Dr. Megan-Marie Delegas PT, DPT is an integrative clinician. Her care is founded on her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and expanded through years of education in orthopedic and pelvic musculoskeletal diagnostics, hands-on treatment, functional medicine, yoga, nutrition and fitness coaching. She combines her clinical knowledge with her passion in neuro-regulation, which addresses the nervous system's impact on the body and mind, and is the foundation of optimal health, ease, and performance in life.

So you both agree you're a fit for this work together. Excellent! Let's get you onboarded with a 60-minute session where we deep dive into assessments, screens, and dialogue. They will set the foundation for your personalized plan, which will include actionable and empowering steps right away.
Expect to be on a regular cadence with Dr. Megan-Marie for the next several weeks or months. Unless otherwise discussed, 40-minute weekly, or bi-weekly, sessions is the typical plan. This will facilitate consistency, accountability, and, most importantly, profound shifts toward optimal health and wellbeing.
